A Family Legacy in Tax Preparation

My journey in tax preparation began in 1991 when I started working with my dad at Canyon Lake Professionals in Canyon Lake, CA. Even before that, at just 10 years old, I was already doing data entry into QuickBooks. The satisfying sound it made every time I input a check was so much fun—it's a sound that still brings back fond memories of those early days.

Throughout the years, I've enjoyed seeing the creative ways that clients have organized their books and financial matters in preparation for doing their taxes. Each client brings their own unique approach, and I find genuine joy in helping them navigate the complexities of tax preparation.

Education & Expertise

I have 3 degrees from Mt. San Jacinto College, Math, Science, and Liberal arts where I was awarded the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship, Coca Cola All Academic Team Gold Scholar, and MSJC Foundation Scholarship.

I also hold a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience and a degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. During my time there I enjoyed working in various labs as a programmer analyst and learned advanced techniques for data capture, EEG, Video, & MoCap. I've always been a computer nerd and working amongst some of the finest minds in neuroscince was a true pleasure. This unique background gives me a different perspective on problem-solving and attention to detail—skills that translate directly into meticulous tax preparation and analysis.

When I'm not preparing taxes or developing AI solutions, you'll find me scuba diving. I love taking pictures underwater and exploring the beautiful underwater world. My dad got me SCUBA certified when I was 13 years old, and it's been a passion of mine ever since.

I can't wait to get my son and daughter into the activity and share this incredible experience with them. There's something special about passing down passions and creating memories that last a lifetime.
